We’re pleased to welcome Michael Andreone as the founding member for Enterprise Healthcare on the TalentCraft Advisory Board.
Michael has led finance organizations across healthcare, industrials, and enterprise transformation. He began his career at General Electric in its Financial Management Program, led finance transformation initiatives at Stanley Black & Decker, and joined Elevance Health in its Commercial Health Benefits business before serving as vice president of Corporate FP&A. He is now vice president and chief financial officer of Carelon Services, Elevance Health’s $30B+ healthcare services and insights business.
His perspective comes at an important moment for healthcare. As AI reshapes how care is delivered, managed, and financed, the organizations best positioned to succeed will be those that build adaptable workforces around both today’s needs and tomorrow’s capabilities.
