Our role is to develop meaningful and transparent relationships with skilled life science professionals on a national level to connect the best professional matches that will elevate both our clients’ business objectives and our candidates’ careers. Whether it is utilizing contractors/consultants, permanent placement, or by utilizing a hybrid contract to permanent hiring model, our goal is to provide the best life science focused organizations with the best talent to craft a unified partnership that will allow innovation and success to thrive.

Joel Matos

Co-Founder/ Vice President

Joel Matos brings over 18 years of staffing industry experience, including over 15 years of experience within the clinical research and life science vertical. Joel’s desire to foster positive, transparent, and successful experiences and outcomes for his clients, candidates, and colleagues is the core value in which the TalentCraft Life Sciences division will be based. His experience includes partnering with both clients and candidates in creating customized hiring solutions within the Gene Therapy, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, CRO, and Diagnostics industries. Joel is happily married to his wife Kara and has two daughters, Iris (6) and Vivian (3), and resides in the greater Chicagoland area.

Pat Gallant

Recruiter

Pat is a seasoned recruitment professional who has over six years of experience within the staffing industry, which includes five years working specifically in the Life Sciences field partnering with candidates within a broad range of skill sets. He understands that the process of finding and interviewing for a new position can be a stressful and challenging experience for job seekers. With this in mind, Pat strives to create a collaborative and fun process combining his industry knowledge and human approach to provide his candidates with the most positive and transparent experience possible. He resides in the Greater Boston area and is an avid Boston sports fan who enjoys being outdoors as much as possible.

Jackie Brodeur

Business Development Manager

Jackie Brodeur joined our team with a strong background of 8+ years in project management, relationship building, and solution selling across multiple industries. Her attention to detail, authenticity and career matchmaking skills have allowed her to foster strong partnerships with clients and candidates alike in the Healthcare and Life Sciences networks nationwide. With 5 years of expertise in the recruitment space, Jackie excels at consulting with early stage biotechnological and pharmaceutical partners on how to identify the best talent to add to their growing R&D and preclinical development teams. Jackie, her husband Jeff live in Central Massachusetts and are proud parents to their son Brooks, baby daughter Reese and their two pups (Nashy and Moo.)
