Case study: Biopharma
A preclinical-stage biopharma needed to hire its leaders and build their teams in parallel.
The client was growing from a founding group into a functioning organization. It needed decision-makers and the people who would report to them at the same time, without the internal hiring infrastructure to run two very different searches at once.
We ran leadership and staff-level searches on parallel tracks, refining staff profiles with the leaders as they came on board. We placed six people, from Research Associate through Chief Scientific Officer. The partnership is now in its second year.
